My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were recently renovated with a nice modern style, although a bit small for my liking. The makeover was well done; everything was clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff assisting me during check-in, even providing a replacement mask. My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The staff went out of their way to help a tired Burning Man worker like me, but the room had issues with the heater not working well and making too much noise. The location was convenient in a shopping center area, but the hotel seemed a bit hidden. Overall, there were some highs and lows during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was quiet and very clean, especially the 'Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Balcony. ' The 80s carpet added a unique touch to the room. The service was exceptional; The location is perfect, within a shopping center area with easy access to stores and restaurants. Although a bit hard to find in the shopping center, the spot is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience, including a welcome drink and Italian pasta, was fine, but it lacked variety compared to other hotels. Overall, a great value for money hotel with outstanding service and facilities!
